Where has the time gone?! This summer, we’re celebrating our 80th anniversary with a special $19.46 “Throwback” menu inspired by one of our earliest menus. A classic cocktail list accompanies it to give you a full taste of the traditional Colletti’s experience.

Scott Madden has not only played major events like the Chicago Blues Festival, but packed station wagons with tube amps and hauled them into bars, clubs, and “jam sessions” around the Midwest.  Working in music promotion, he has also seen artists like Aerosmith, Brian Wilson, Cake, and Melissa Etheridge trade in their tour busses for Leer jets and limousines. So when Madden and his “Madman Band” play the music of artists like Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Johnny Cash, and the Allman Brothers, he is bringing not just music and words, but 25 years of experience into every song.

A long-time local singer and entertainer, Bob Duda performs Rat Pack classics and pop rock favorites.

L.J. Slavin is an award winning multi-instrumentalist, well versed in a wide variety of styles. 

Some of the instruments L.J. plays include flute, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, harmonica, pennywhistle, banjo, autoharp, jew’s harp, dulcimer and musical saw.

He has performed in almost every venue imaginable including festivals. concert halls, schools, pubs and more!

A special event you won’t want to miss! The energetic multi-piece FUZE Band performs tribute to Grammy Award Winning & Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame artist, Carlos Santana and the Santana Band.
